World Wetlands Day Celebration - 2024

Come and join us for a afternoon of learning about wetlands, the Little Campbell River and why it is so important to protect. Discuss your experiences and concerns with the river and its wetlands over a snack and a coffee with many experts who will be present.


Event is free and family friendly, join us from 1-4pm on Saturday, Feb. 3 from 1-4pm at Fernridge Hall (2389 200 St).

  • 1:45 pm Learn about the important of wetlands

  • 2:00 pm Learn about Coastal Painted Turtles

  • 2:15 pm Learn about Hummingbirds

  • 2:30 pm Learn about Barn Owls
